We are looking for a sharp and analytical professional to lead inventory control, loss prevention, and recovery initiatives across Fulfillment Centers, Distribution Centers, and Dark Stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive network-wide inventory loss prevention initiatives
• Lead cycle counts, audits, stock reconciliations, and inventory hygiene programs
• Manage STOs, RTO discrepancies, and recovery claims with logistics/3 PL partners
• Build dashboards and analytics for shrinkage, audit adherence, and inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Logistics, and Tech teams to strengthen controls and improve processes
