This role involves navigating the Fisheries Industry Collective Bargaining Act (FICBA) and the Master Collective Agreement between the Association and the Fish Food and Allied Worker-Unifor Union (FFAW) to negotiate raw material prices and conditions of sale with the FFAW, the union representing fish harvesters.
