- Coordinate and participate in the development and revision of annual budgets for supervised units; monitor budget execution, prepare budget performance reports for reporting periods, and participate in the preparation of materials for consideration by the University's governing bodies and authorized state authorities in accordance with established procedures.
- Participate in the development and improvement of the University's methodologies and regulatory documentation, as well as provide practical and methodological support to employees of the supervised units on budgeting and economic analysis matters.
- Interact with government authorities, University structural units, and other organizations, including participation in meetings related to matters within the competence of the supervised unit.
