Job Description
Responsibilities: - Partner with operations stakeholders to drive and execute Operational Excellence strategies and roadmap initiatives across sites.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to achieve operational efficiency, productivity gains, and measurable cost savings.
- Champion Lean methodologies and structured problem‑solving techniques to support sustainable operational improvements.
- Manage and enhance the Site Excellence Assessment (SEA) program, including governance, standards, templates, and performance tracking.
- Facilitate operational excellence initiatives by defining project scope, deliverables, ownership, and implementation timelines.
