They are currently hiring a full-time Human Resources Generalist that will serve as the strategic and operational HR leader for The Company and its associated brands.
This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performance people strategy that supports the company’s continued growth, strengthens organizational culture, ensures legal compliance, and enhances the employee and student-athlete experience.
As they continue to expand programming, events, and staffing structures, the Human Resources Generalist will design scalable systems, elevate leadership accountability, and embed a culture aligned with our values of excellence, integrity, development, and community.
