Manager - Platform
Job Scope
The Platform Manager owns the end-to-end vision, evolution, and scalability of Mindware’s core platform. The role is responsible for shaping the platform roadmap, overseeing development and integrations, managing third‑party providers, and building the internal capabilities required to evolve the platform into a scalable, marketplace‑ready ecosystem.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the platform vision and roadmap, covering architecture, design, versioning, and lifecycle management from current state to next‑generation platform and marketplace capabilities.
- Lead platform development and evolution, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and security across all modules and services.
- Manage third‑party development companies and service providers, ensuring delivery quality, architectural alignment, cost control, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
