Key Responsibilities:
Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis
Lead the assessment and redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG.Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems.Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams.Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state.Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and priorities.Build MTIC PLM support and project team to enable future state Mattel PLM transformation program.Future State Design & Roadmap
Work with functional leads to define future state business processes and operating models.
