To Coach and manage bankers to deepen bank-client relationships and entrenchment of existing clients by achieving client experience, product, and balance sheet targets. Responsible for the aggregated banker performance KPIs, including financial targets and achieving the desired sales. Responsible for driving execution against campaigns and engagement strategy. Manage Relationship and Portfolio Management to ensure segment growth and retention.
