Manager, Pricing and Portfolio Management

Perform pricing quotations for Group Insurance within agreed timeline.

• Provide pricing quotations to Group Insurance products across all distribution channels in accordance with the established pricing parameters.
• Ensure products are designed and priced in accordance with Pricing Policy.
• Work closely with strategic management team in the development of short, medium and long term strategic plans and objectives.
• Design, enhance and implement new benefits programs to ensure our company's products remain competitive.
• Recommend, initiate, and manage end-to-end transformation programmes to improve internal processes efficiency and to optimise business outcome.
• Conduct regular market analysis of competitors’ benefit programmes and provide recommendations for Company’s benefit program to ensure competitiveness in the market.
