• Drive end-to-end project execution, fully accountable for achieving revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets for assigned customer accounts and product lines. This is a customer‑facing position that requires strong coordination across functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of new product introductions (NPI), production ramp‑ups, and cost‑optimized solutions.
