**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ The Manager – Quality is responsible for driving end-to-end quality performance across manufacturing operations by deploying quality strategy, ensuring adherence to QMS standards, and delivering key KPIs such as FPY, COPQ, defect reduction, and customer satisfaction.
+ Strengthening process quality through effective implementation of control plans, SPC, and stage-wise inspections, while improving process capability for critical-to-quality parameters.
