Job Description Our Reserve Card Managers (RCMs) play a critical role in driving UOB’s credit card business in the premium segment. They build deep, meaningful relationships and consistently exceed the expectations of their clients.
Job Requirements - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury retail or air crew
- Able to communicate with confidence
- Able to work well under tight timelines and pressure
- Basic interest in luxury goods, fashion trends, super cars and fine wines
- Basic understanding of payments and credit card rewards
- Able to present, promote and sell our card products and related services
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills to meet sales goals
