Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Manager to join our Global Corporate Rewards team. This role will lead the design, development, and delivery of insights and analytics for compensation and rewards programs across the organization.
It’s a global role and Work timings would be 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST
You will work closely with the global stakeholders and Business heads in a high impact role to drive organizations agenda and reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and deliver board-level presentations with actionable insights on global rewards and compensation trends.
Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual rewards reviews with data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations.
Conduct benchmarking studies and scenario planning to ensure rewards competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
