Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organisation.
Identify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks across shore-based and vessel operations.
Facilitate periodic risk assessments and maintain enterprise risk registers with respective departments.
