As a member of NHG’s Clinical Transformation Department, the Assistant Manager/ Manager will facilitate and coordinate initiatives relating to strategic clinical planning and evolution of care delivery models. The focus is on improving access to care to ensure timely services and enhanced experience, advancing clinical excellence across NHG, and enhancing awareness to strengthen communication and engagement with patients, residents, and partners.
NHG is one of three public healthcare clusters in Singapore, serving about one-third of the national population (~1.5 million residents). Facing an ageing population, workforce and talent crunch, rising healthcare costs, and a new capitation funding model, the role demands a can‑do spirit and a collective “Business Unusual” mindset.
