The Role:
The Solution Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and scaling a team of Solutions Engineers who support prospects and customers through technical discovery, proof-of-concepts, and successful implementation of Apryse's technology (SDKs). This role is focused on enabling team performance, building operational efficiency, and aligning closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers realize value quickly.
This position sits on the leadership track, bridging hands-on technical work with team management. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who has demonstrated the ability to support complex pre-sales engagements while fostering the growth and success of technical team members in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must already be based in Singapore.
