Role Purpose:
To lead, manage, and optimize the end-to-end spinning operations, ensuring consistent yarn quality, maximum machine efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the department.
Principal Accountabilities:
Production & Operations Management Plan, organize, and control all spinning activities to achieve targeted RKM, CSP, U%, and other yarn quality KPIs. Ensure optimum machine utilization, running efficiency, and production per spindle. Monitor and control material flow from blow room to ring frame, including comber and speed frame operations.
