About the Role The Manager, Stock Plan Administration is responsible for the end-to-end administration of Figure’s equity programs, ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. You’ll serve as the in‑house expert for all equity‑related processes, with hands‑on ownership of E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley Shareworks for day‑to‑day administration, reporting, and ongoing data integrity.
