We’re seeking a talented Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team, leading the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements and supporting our clients to define strategy, improve performance and execute complex transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned to client objectives
- Help clients define their vision, priorities and pathways to growth or transformation
- Lead business case development, including financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis and investment prioritisation
- Oversee the design and implementation of organisational and operational improvements, including process optimisation, workforce planning and service delivery redesign
