**DESCRIPTION**
The Recruiting Manager implements and manages strategic recruitment and employment programs. The Recruiting Manager will lead staffing initiatives, recruiting procedures, processes and programs. The Recruiting Manager works from requisitions, policy and instructions to ensure enough numbers of qualified applicants are available to staff company operations. Maintains records and prepares and submits required reports regarding employment related activities, applicants and applicant flow.

+ Leadtalent acquisition strategies, program management, process, tools, and systems which include the broad categories of executive, exempt, and non-exempt in developing competencies to source and attract top talent.
+ Collaborate with Corporate Recruiting Teams and internal partners on production goals on both non-exempt and exempt positions.
