Jobscope - Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
- Pro‑actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities within the organization
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
