Manager, Talent & Organisation Development

The role supports two essential pillars: talent management and organisational development. Partnering closely with the business through HRBPs, the focus is on identifying and addressing current and future talent needs while driving effective talent strategies across the organisation. The role also requires staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management, talent development, and organisational development (OD) to ensure the organisation remains competitive and aligned with evolving workforce capabilities and organisational priorities.
