Summary of Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Manager - Training is to identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs. The Manager for Training will establish a robust training management framework, ensuring the department delivers on its promise to deliver an exceptional guest experience to our customers.
