This is an exciting opportunity to join the Human Potential Cluster in BMRC. Human Potential is a key focus area in the Human Health and Potential (HHP) domain in RIE2030, and is a key programme to address a national priority as Singapore is facing persistently low birth rates, a declining workforce and rapidly ageing population. Human capital being Singapore’s most valuable resource, it is therefore critical to optimize each individual’s potential throughout life.
The human potential cluster will focus on shaping a robust ecosystem through strategic R&D and partnerships to support knowledge creation; building capacity and enabling capabilities in our research institutes; building and supporting large-scale programmes within and outside of A*STAR especially in translating research discoveries into impactful interventions; and encouraging industry‑oriented collaborations and societal outcomes.
