What you will be working on: - Talent Programme Management: Leads the end-to-end delivery of talent programmes, including leadership development initiatives, job rotations, secondments, attachments and postgraduate scholarship awards. Oversee the full lifecycle of the Graduate Associate Programme, including attraction, selection, and structured rotations to support talent development. Manage nomination, shortlisting and selection processes, ensuring strong governance, documentation.
