As a result, the team is looking to hire a Managing Associate with strong experience in contentious trusts and private wealth disputes.

The work is focused on contentious trust and estate disputes, often involving ultra-high net worth individuals, international families, trustees, and complex family structures. Many of the matters have a significant cross-border element and require careful handling of sophisticated asset structures, alongside related tax considerations.
