Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Spanish affiliate focused on retail strategy.
• Implement and manage robust processes in collaboration with International.
• Drive the expansion.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning reliability.
• Translate commercial forecasts into actionable plans.
• Implement best practices in business development.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with top clients.
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in business or a related field.
• At least 5years of experience in the Retail industry, working for multinational companies, with a role as BU lead, strong business mentality, and people leadership approach.
• Work experience in European Matrix environments is required.
• Excellent skills in team building and development.
