Teleperformance is seeking a Quality Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. As a Quality Analyst, you will support the Customer Service team by ensuring performance standards are met. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 1 year experience in QA within a call center, and proficiency in both Mandarin and English. You will conduct data analyses, QA evaluations, and act as a Subject Matter Expert. The position is ideal for candidates who can start immediately and are available for rotational shifts.
