**Job Description**

The Manual Machinist on the Tooling Team is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing all injection molds. This role requires effective communication regarding mold and quality-related problems to other technical staff and troubleshooting mold issues in the press to ensure efficient and safe operations. The machinist is expected to adhere to all plant, quality, safety, and documentation systems requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform Tig welding on steel and aluminum.
+ Install and fit replacement components as needed.
+ Conduct precision machining of mold components and related production equipment.
+ Troubleshoot mold issues in the shop and in molding presses.
