Manual Welder / TIG Welder

Position Location: West Chester, OH

Position Type: Direct Hire

Position Salary: $24/HR - $32/HR (Depending on Experience) + OT

Position Shift: 4 day, 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday Overtime Shift: 8-hour shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

# of Openings: 5 immediate, openings 10 long term

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on various gauges and thicknesses of stainless steel components.
• Operating TIG Welding equipment. Set up and maintain welding equipment, including torches, gas flow, and filler materials.
• Grind, polish, and finish welds to meet aesthetic and sanitary standards as required. Fit, align, and tack components prior to final welding.
