Purpose

Responsible for production equipment, quality of output, on-time delivery, improvement, quality, safety and housekeeping in the manufacturing line to manufacture high quality SOI and Refresh products for Customers with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Production Equipment
  • Operate production equipment in assigned area, perform basic maintenance in one tool group to manufacture high quality SOI and Refresh products.
• Quality and Quantity of Output
  • Execute operations according to SOP and actively do NC prevention to ensure no non-conformance and wafer scrap.
• On-time Delivery
  • Monitor and expedite all production lots; WIP control in the production line; plan for output according to MMP requirements to achieve minimu...
