**Job Responsibilities:**
* Serves as the catcher of Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) subprojects from the Product Industrialization Engineer, focusing on a specific technology within manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution throughout the product development and launch process.
* Defines production related Manufacturing requirements in PDLM, ensures alignment with production needs and facilitates smooth transitions from product design to production stages, thereby enhancing efficiency and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
* Reviews and updates quality control plan and work instructions and maintains adherence to embedded quality standards, including compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements, as well as company General Business principles and other relevant policies.
