Job Description: - Lead, manage and train a team of Waferfab Operators and Technicians in the day-to-day operations to meet daily production targets.
- Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
- Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.
- Engage specialists regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.
