Responsibilities

• Implement new processes, changes, and improvements in manufacturing.
• Lead projects end‑to‑end, incorporating strategic business planning to oversee infrastructure and capacity for demand changes.
• Provide effective solutions for daily manufacturing challenges in Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
• Engage directly with production processes and operators to understand current conditions, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage suppliers, handle internal purchasing and legal processes, and ensure successful commissioning and delivery of each project.
• Support production and engineering activities, including new product introductions, interpreting engineering designs/BOMs, and developing/updating work instructions and process documentation.
