・Planning and organizing production activities, developing overall and detailed plans for the printing and packaging workshop.
・Implementing and monitoring production plans: allocating personnel, machinery, and equipment efficiently; controlling the progress and quality of each stage.
・Managing personnel: training, evaluating work performance, and establishing a reasonable staffing plan.
・Controlling production efficiency, material consumption, analyzing the causes of waste, and proposing improvements.
・Organizing and implementing 5S, Kaizen, ISO, etc., to improve productivity and quality.
・Preparing periodic reports and performing other tasks as directed by directors. Job Requirement
