**Manufacturing Operations Manager**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

+ Lead and direct **day-to-day manufacturing operations** to deliver safe, compliant, on-time and cost-effective production aligned to customer demand and business targets.
+ Own **full profit and loss responsibility** for the manufacturing area, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, operating expenses and capital investment.
