Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train associates who will play an important role in the manufacture of carpet tiles for a wide variety of commercial customers. In this role, associates will gain diverse work experience s and exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing. We’re looking for individuals who are ambitious, interested in learning various skills, and who are excellent problem solver s .


We are currently looking to fill 2 nd and 3 rd shift openings.
