Position Overview

We're looking for a Production Team Leader able to fully commit to afternoon shifts (2-10pm) within our Gas Turbines Systems Division. In this position, you’ll take ownership of the production area and ensure that parts are produced safely, to the highest quality, and on time by an engaged team. You will drive empowerment and trust within the team to manage and improve key production metrics and support the Win Strategy .
