This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead by example, support your team, and help drive continuous improvement across the value stream.
Location: Hitchin
Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am-3pm. Friday 6am-11am
Starting Salary: £19ph
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily production targets.Ensure work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and 5S standardsPlan and release work orders to meet demand.Monitor performance against the production plan and escalate issues where necessaryInvestigate problems, carry out root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsSupport daily SQDCG updates and track key performance indicators.Maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory control through audits and PI systems.<...
