Manages daily production challenges, drives continuous improvement activities, and supports the implementation to improve the existing processes to improve the efficiency of operations.

+ Act and lead with Zone Leaders actions related to absenteeism replacement and discipline issues
+ Make follow up with zone leaders related to respect of PO sequencing
