• Good communication skills with an interest in developing negotiation abilities .
• Eagerness to understand and support marketing activities ( BTL ) for new launches and sustenance projects .
• Strong curiosity to learn about micro-markets, competitor analysis, and local geography .
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and execute with guidance.
