Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Timely handling of client service requests within a 24-hour period.
  • Sending letters and/or emails to our insureds and CISs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering telephone calls and handling or forwarding same in a professional manner.
  • Collection, processing and forwarding of cheques and credit card payments to our accounting department in a timely manner.
  • Prepares, distributes and manages invoices on a timely basis.
  • Assists with communication with providers as directed.
  • Monitors and orders office supplies as necessary.
  • Provides additional office support as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years insurance industry or insurance brokerage experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Data entry and word processing skills.
