Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our construction client's marketing team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and plays a key part in preparing proposals, maintaining branding consistency, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations.


Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of proposals using Microsoft Word

Support proposal development by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation

Edit and adjust images for proposals using Adobe Illustrator tools

Assist with production of marketing materials, including printing and spiral binding

Coordinate and organize materials for client-facing deliverables

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager
