The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Assistant to plug into the agency and move across client work as
projects need them. This is a hands-on seat for someone early in their career who wants real
reps across content, email, and general marketing ops, not a narrow track. You'll touch several
engagements in a given week, learn the patterns that hold across them, and grow into broader
ownership over time.
Fully remote. Starting part-time, with a clear path to full-time as the agency's book of work
grows.
What You'll Do:
Founder content
• Run weekly founder calls: prep questions, lead the conversation, capture the gold
• Write LinkedIn copy in the founder's voice from those calls
• Build storyboards for short-form video off the call transcript, ready for production
