The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Hugo Boss Watches & Jewelry brand team by ensuring efficient execution of administrative, product development, and marketing activities. The role facilitates cross-functional coordination and contributes to the timely and accurate delivery of projects in alignment with brand and business objectives.
Administrative/General
Manage inventory and ensure proper tracking and follow-up of product samples Create and process purchase orders (POs) for all non-production materials Serve as the main point of contact for administrative requests from licensors Support preparation of presentations and reports (product updates, marketing reviews) Ensure proper documentation and filing of product and marketing assets Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Product – support to Product Manager
