Graduate Recruitment and Marketing Co-ordinator

A well established Auditing firm that is based in Umhlanga, is looking for a young professional Graduate Recruitment and Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Arranging and co-ordinating Career days and fairs with relevant University and local schools together with Recruitment committee.
2. Responsible for arranging and co-ordinating branding and products for career days and events.
3. Presenting to firm at Career Days and Schools – creating and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders.
4. Responsible for ensuring there is an adequate pipeline of trainees for future contracts.
5. Co-ordinating and reviewing of potential graduate CV’s.
6. Conducting interviews with relevant partner for graduates and drafting formal offers.
7. Acting as a marketing and recruitment representative for Durban firm on national basis.
