Responsibilities: Plan, execute and manage lead generation and marketing campaigns, and track against goals. Identify and develop potential partnership opportunities for events and casual leasing such as booking of event space and meeting facilities (e.g. function halls, meeting rooms, foyer spaces, rooftop garden etc). Oversee all aspects of event sales and execution. Develop and implement online marketing strategies including social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions. Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events. Conduct competitor review and analysis to identify market trends, competitive advantages and opportunities. Any other duties as and when assigned.
