PURPOSE

We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital customer acquisition programs. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth in qualified website traffic and revenue through paid media, experimentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

The Growth Marketing Manager will manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels while developing structured frameworks for campaign testing, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
