• We’re hiring a Marketing Manager (official title: Community Marketing Manager) to own local marketing across a portfolio of villages. This role reports into the Head of Marketing and sits within a collaborative, high performing marketing team of 8.
• This is community-level marketing that matters, helping local teams show up brilliantly and build real engagement.
• This is a commercial role partnering with sales to drive enquiries + conversion. You’ll be the marketing partner to Village Sales Managers and Village Managers: listening first, then bringing practical plans and momentum.
• You’ll take ideas from “good thought” to “out in the world” – with a test, learn and refine mindset.
