Duties & Responsibilities Develop, plan, implement and manage the overall annual marketing and communication strategy. Coordinate across all departments in developing and implementing the company-wide marketing and communication plan. Evaluate communication medium potential and manage strategic partner relationships across company departments, stakeholders and external suppliers to create awareness, educate consumers/collectors and support resellers/dealers in demand creation. Keep abreast of and understand market/dealer/consumer behavior and attitudes to generate relevant insights. Develop, guide, mentor and lead the team in meeting strategic objectives. Develop individuals so they can deliver on business objectives. Build and maintain great customer relationships, through communication and collaboration, to ensure effective service delivery within the business clusters.
